regarding my current life... working a 5days work wk job is not bad at least go home no need to worry abt reports wkends can enjoy...my job nature is not bad at least for me...

having mixed feelings...

worried... definetly will cause its a new environment, new job scope etc
happy... getting a higher pay, getting the necessary experiences etc
afraid... scare cannot go to work on time cause quite far away (an hour plus journey)

but i have to make the first step into the working world... these feelings will slowly go away after work officially starts... now wat i can do now is to relax a bit with all these feelings and get ready for the new job...

Finally graduated from Polytechnic as a Food Science and Technology graduate

I would say it is a long but seems short 3 years with lots of pals, friends, lecturers, assignments, reports, deadlines......

am thinking for ppl who drinks alcohol and get red immediately does it mean their blood circulation is better thus healthier??

the qns comes to mind after seeing my cousin become redd after drinking some alcohol...
during wedding dinners he went red after 1 and a half glass of red wine...
red wine!!! i got drink too but i nv went red haha...
than recently when he visited my house my bro mix some vodka for him and other relatives to drink... i literally saw him went red like from the neck to the face with just one mouthful of 50 vokdka(40% conc) and 50 red bull even an hour later he is still very red...

so does he have a better health condition???

another funny thing that happened i think yesterday...
my bro bought KFC for supper so got drinks, chicken etc
than when we are watching tv while eating my father suddenly shouted and tap my bro's hand urgently (cause they sitting side by side) he tap and ask

Dad: "this root beer!!! root beer!!!"
Bro: "Ya i bought root beer so is root beer la"
Dad: Pointing the the exterior of the cup, "but here write pepsi"
Me: laugh until mad
Bro: a bit puzzle than realise wats going on and said "than the other cup(mountain dew) is wat"
Dad: look at cup and said "Pepsi??"
Me: continue to laugh but manage to say "Daddy nv drink from that cup cause we drink finish it so he don't know is mountain dew"
Bro: laugh and explain that the Pepsi is just a logo for KFC drinks...

he has been eating KFC longer than me and can say this... damn pro!!!

till today i still laugh at the thought of it... maybe i wrote it kind of boring but is funny for me haha... i think i will laugh at the cup for a while whenever i see it

yesterday my relatives from my father side visited our house for a 'new year' visit...
although new year is long over, we still carried it out cause during new year some of them went oversea etc...
we cooked alot of things like curry chicken (i like the potato n the tau poh), carrot soup, fried alot of things etc...
one of my relative bought homemade agar agar and the other bought two awafully chocolate cakes... ate one slice only cause otherr than the cake is soft, the chocolate is not to my liking cause not awafully enough...

than i come to realise that in the current society IT is getting younger...
my nephew i think cause is my aunts grandason who is 5 years old know how to use the laptop... althought it is just search for the video, pause the video, etc but thinking that he is only five amazed me...

it only made me feel older...
nvm at least i not old...(joke, my cousin is the five year old kid uncle so in chinese is old old...so i laughed at him saying that he is not new already...)

First was pissed by the bus now is by my dad...

i woke up early for sch today at 6am for a 9am class...
n is this short few hrs i can only heard...
'2 for dry,4 for wet,15 for operation,40 for road, 2,4,15,40 u will be safe yeah!

it is my dad 'assignment' to memorise this for work...
he not only chant it very time even go toliet i can also heard him he even purposely work into my rm n chant it i even nearly close the door in his face after i finish chanting it before him i even got time to tell him to stop chanting it ard me cause i can't take it... as i attempt to close my door i even said 'even when i need to memorise things for sch i also nv follow u n chant ard u right' is only when the door is half close than he stop n walk away...

he still got 12 more to go...
i think this CNY will be a 'noisy' one

nearly dead from being pissed by a non-living thing...
the estamining device provided by the bus operators go hay wire...
it shows 'ARR' which is arriving, twice n i don't c the bus coming at all until the third time it appear...
at first i saw 5min than i think i was lucky cause normally need to wait very long...
than that min jump to 8min...i was already pissed but i think is still ok...

is the two arr with no bus arriving that pissed me off...
i don't mind if that display shows i need to wait for 30min for the bus but don't keep on changing it if the arr is according to wat it display i can be home 20min earlier think abt the things i can do in 20 min... i can finish a meal n get started with work...

lucky the bus wasn't pack as it is not peak hr yet if it is pack wow i don't know wat i do to that bus driver...

yesterday went for a class gathering with 9 people...
wow so many ppl...

we played with the sand on the beach n went to underwater world n the waterfront...
the lights were great...

all photos is at fb...

at the underwater world we touch stingrays n star fish... i was wondering whether i 1 to feed the big stingrays which cause $3 per bowl 6 pieces of seafood... i think for a while n decided to feed them... i feed the first piece n got scared cause they eat like vacuum cleaning, by sucking... than i fed one more piece n the rest georgina n eliza feed them...

eliza keeps on saying the 'seafood' looks nice to eat...only making me more hungry...even though i eat very little seafoods...

when i reached home i saw on the news abt a new show at sentosa...
something abt 2 giant robotic birds displays show...
i actually saw part of it even though we were not allw to go in...
so it is huge can c even from a distance...

my cam i still figuring how to use...
took alot of blur photos...
when i switch mood i can't capture the deco lights...
when i use my usual mood i get blur pic with the deco lights...
need to study how to use my cam soon...

had fun,sunburn that does not hurt,n a very tired me...

first wkday of the 3 wks break...
HAVE TO WORK!!!!
but cause is first wk so not very tired probably the last wk i will be a walking zombie...
a few days ago there was a sudden big rain pour...

a portion went ice skrating the other portion went bowling!!!

a day after the crime... body achns

other than a blue-black left knee cap i also have a hurting left arm...
the pain is like muscle achn but the problem is i nv excerise yesterday n i nv sleep on my arm so y it feel painfull??? my right arm feel the same too but less painfull...

however yesterday when i fall i hit both my elbows is it because of that...

is only after the fall i than realise that i depend on my left leg alot...
today someone call in the morning n i rush to pick it up than i run back to my bed...
than...ouch...i automatically place my left knee cap on the bed to lay down...

it was a damn unhappy day...
the lessons were ok but is the fyp prac that got my mood bad...
n is near the week of the month so i damn pissed off...
before going home still need to put alway those curse i had in mind n talk to that guy nicely!!!
is his duty to teach as n still tell ask that he have to teach so many ppl the same thing...
got 1 equipment we used 3 times already n he nv teach us anything...
if he don't 1 to teach than cannot blame us for asking him for help accursing us for spoiling the equipment which we didn't...
back to the equipment that we used 3 times...
jovi say that when we first use it i got ask him whether can teach us n he ingored me... no wonder i don't remember...everytime we go use that same equipment the procedure is different... put the pipe to the fumehood ya but how...the other end is plug into the equipment or not we also don't know... question us say last time nv do this before... ya nv!!! everything was set up before now we have to set up of course don't know... if we know how to use than no need study already...
this brings me to the equation...
pf have difficulty calculating some dilution last time..as an educator u should guide her into solving it not 'scolding' her "nv learn before is it"... when calculate wrongly than give that kind of expression...don't tell me u nv make mistake before is it...ppl tend to forget or have other reasons...if u need the equation ugently shouldn't u help rather than putting pressure... **** u la... u blame the lab design look frustrated when students use ur lab altogether at one time...is not our choice to do it at such a time... is just that we happen to be free at their time altogether...

it was actually my bro bought me a new camera
the brand,model i wanted!!! happy!!!!

after the last paper we were to bugis to eat seoul garden and acrade at iluma
damn nice day but i think i was a bit cruel
after playing i ask jovi n eliza 1 to discuss FYP or not than we sat outside mac and discuss till very long and the following day have to go out n discuss somemore n buy ingredients...i think i am cruel!!!!!!!

than the first day of holi we went to do lab work!!!! for the whole week only 'rested' on wed but i have to work...

like today Jovi n Eliza go buy ingredients at imm i nv go but have to work...
so sad i everyday also need to go out not for work than is for sch than is for family can't really rest much fell sick like nv recover like than...

It is a brand new learning experience for me because the 'classmates' mainly are in the industries or are trainers the discussion they have n qns were interesting...

this is the first time i went out of the house in such a heavy rain...
my house there still got lighting and thunder...
is very loud is like someone close the light of the whole house and switch on the lights again with a very loud bang...

basically i only have things to complaint abt which many of those who follow my blog experiences...
i suddenly feel that i typing so 'reportly'
haha....
but some great things that happened were basically at kbox...
first is during the holi, went to kbox chinatown with some pri sch friend.
next is to celebrate n sec sch friend birhtday although the place very not gd but it is fun cause we sang songs from different generations
next was with poly friends to enjoy the $8 offer which we thought will end soon but now is extended to oct(i think)
than we fall in love with have 2 rooms if we are off a big grp
recently is with poly friends to celebrate someones birthday!!! that was fun!!

have to work i don't mind working la cause close 'short' time but

finally got a time to sit down n post something but having a stack of things to do beside me is insane...

have to say sorry to all friends that chip in for the hp cover...
it is undergoing operation right now to get the two magets out...
reason simple...
like wat jovi said the magnets did suck out the battery strength of my phone...

for example: i have been charging my phone for the pass two days because it runs out within a day... even when i didn't use as much as before i got the cover...

the cover also cause me to be unable to listern to the music as the ear phone does not fits properly and so does the charger it just drop off from just a simple movement...

as i am typing this post the 'doctor' walked in and say to remove 1 magnet 1st and c whether it affects the battery life... so off to testing it out... now the cover does not cloes nicely as it did maybe i go buy the '...'

the starting of the itp i don't wish to go out to the outlet n prefer the office but now, i prefer the outlets more than office.
basically is because of the food...
at outlet i can eat fastfood, go food court but at office can only go to 1 place to eat...

this sem doesn't seems to be a gd sem for anyone...
my result drop a bit from last sem which is my best sem currently...
alot of ppl nv score well too...

Wow i don't eat that must for a wk n i am spending it on transport only!!!
If this is for the full 6 wks i will be spending $75.60 on transport only!!! Wow!!!
if i spend $2.50 for meals each day, i will be spending $12.50 per wk, $75 on food!!!
It is just $0.60 lesser than transport!!! Can die la!!! $150.60 spend on food n transport!!!
I 1 to eat more not travel more!!!

But anyway it is better than not having any allowance at all...

but i have to do wkly report that my boss gives...

my job scope is to be at office finding the stock for outlets orders, help in the new company website and go to outlet to be promoter...
went to taka n tangs orchard and did promote to some customers but thanks got seniors around can help me...
i first have to remember wat each product is and gd for and now the price...
damn hard mah...
my jobs is actually shift work but i don't know. have to work for 8 hours!! only 440 compared to other shift work itp... just hope i can get the most out of this...

our holi for this sem is the short 3 days but for me is 0...

day 1(fri): went to work...
day 2(sat): went for a bus trip to where my ITP is and accompanied my bro to buy fishes(very long)
day3(sun): went to work...damn lots of ppl helped the cashier... have mid 7th lunar months praying at work... pack alot of things... and 'worked' nearly 3 hours for free but is worth it, nice experience...

For those who doesn't know SP business sch is up on a 'hill'
and T21 is part of their blocks...
We are studying sci not a bit of business this sem than y go up there for exam?!

T18 if i am not wrong is part of engineering(think is not)
but at least we are learning a bit on engineering so if we go there for exam is still reasonable and it is close to the MRT so it doesn't cause as that much of a strength to get there...
but T21 we need to climb a flight of stairs that seems never ending...

i just blogged abt not having enough time than here i am blogging...
just finished the last quiz/test of the week and felt so relax...

i am hooked to INUBAKA again...
last year, yr 1 sem 1 knew a new friend, eliza, who loves manga so we will go to the library whenever there is free time to look at manga... we two read different types of manga 1 although i am not a huge manga fan like her...haha...
so i took INUBAKA to read as it is abt dogs(my favourate) and was hooked awhile only because i can nv find the nxt volume...

until today...
Xiao Hui pass me this book at the library and i immediately read it...
haha...
it was funny because i read abt the puppies than abt their birth than i check the cover page n realise that i read from the wrong end...hehe...

i alway wanted to own a whole series of manga meaning from book 1 to the end and i decided to buy INUBAKA...
checked and found that it has 17 volumes...
the manga expert friend (yi li sand bai) say it will be around $50...
i thing the price is reasonable cause the price tag is abt US$9.

anyone have any gd source for buying whole series mangas in english??

my mum came back from work with a notice in her hand...
and it says "TEMPORARY CUT-OFF OF ELECTRICITY SUPPLY"
For the nearly five years that i moved to this new house, this is the first time my block conduct maintainance. The cut-off is from 10am to 12.30pm on 18-June-2009 A THURSDAY!!!!
Maybe u don't know that my working days for this 3 weeks of holi are mon,wed,fri. That means on thur i will be home!!! & i need to do my reports!!!!
i even target to finish all the reports on 18th where there is going to be a power cut... WTH...
I don't want to go sch cause i confirm can't do anything for 3 hours, go down to my work place for electricity for my laptop... gd idea but there is no internet connection...
therefore i can only do hw that don't require research (i assume that hw does not need research)
I will either burn midnight oil on wed or thur...
But with 4 more reports and 1 assignment on hand now...
I think i will burn both days...
Thur i have to wake up extra early to charge my laptop!!!

the reason to y i haven't post anything is because i am sick n tired of life...
adults feel like going back to childhood but i just 1 to get out of this stressful study life...
counting the amount of things i need to do for this 3 weeks holidays...
is like mission impossible student version...
5 reports and 1 assignment to be handed in after the mst, within the first 2 weeks after mst and 1 more assignments dued in August...
u may thing August there is still some time but u nv know when another pool of homeworks comes...
lecturers said that year 2 will be a busy,stressful year...
that is a fact that we all know but when u saw ur friend from another schools having lesson for 1 hour for some days and even one day of the week no need to come sch how stressful will their life be...
they too have projects, assignment, group works but they are at least given a day of a week to do while for us...
the timetable sucks like hell u can nv go home early (except wed which 1 of my friend from another sch in SP no need to come )so where do we find time to do all these reports e.t.c the ans burn mid night oils, drink coffee everyday and whenever that is a time to take a breather start doing the reports....

y life is so hard? not the texture...
y do ppl need to do so much to get so little in return?
y do life have to be so out of joy?
y do a 3 weeks holiday have to be filled with reports and preparation for mst instead of fun, rest n just a bit of hw?

Sat 23-05-09 was my cousin wedding had a great time...
that was the first time i witness a wedding vow,signing of ROM(i don't really know wat it is called)
n my relatives are all very funny there is one who if drunk by red wine(grand total count of 5 glasses), one who is drunk by coke (drinking two at one go).haha. but all drunk did not drive as they are all younger than me. haha.

Fri 22-05-09 went for movie...

i have the clearest memory of this phrase as i think is funny...
i think 2 is as good as 1 because is funny...

it seems long since i last post...

ans to the lab coat owner...
it belongs to the class rep from my class...
when i brought it back to sch the following day (fri)(the lab coat was found on thur)
no one mention any thing like missing a lab coat or hear anyone lost their lab coat..

so at the end of the last lesson for that day(fri) (1pm) joni n i went down to the lab where we found it and wanted to return to the TSO but the lab was locked so we decided to hang the lab coat outside the lab like the O$P$ people who used to hang pig heads...

however...
on the mon...
our first lesson is a lab lesson...
jovi ask me whether did i return the class rep his lab coat...
so a puzzled me ask jovi how she knows it was his...
n jovi ans, "he sms me"
so i told her that joni n i hang it at the lab

n the next moment he(class rep) step into the lab... haha...
so i tell him that we hang it at the lab n ask him to try his luck...
he manage to get it back so it was ok...

it is a s (small) size coat
n is very white(good detergent or bleach used) but at a closer look...
it has some sweat after marks at the neck around the collar so it should belong to someone that sweats alot alot.
the pockets are empty
n there is nothing els distintive(think spell wrongly)

the answer to who the lab coat belongs to will uncover tml i think i don't 1 to bring it home le although small but it still take up space in my bag.
actually thinking of bringing a smaller bag tml but because of the lap coat i have to use the bigger bag.

today have a lab lesson that is very numberer (no such word)
i am trying to say alot of numbers recording needed.
lets not talk abt that because got a set of result i need to go back to sch to clarify

today we left on time at 4.30pm plus a bit la actually so everyone was rushing out/home/CCA drive/tennis practice e.t.c

some of my class mates n me was the last few to left n joni found a lab coat laying on the table we left our bags. not sure whether is she found it or someone pass to her to ask around.

after asking the few classmates that haven't left, no one claim the lab coat as theirs, so i bought it home n is going to bring it back tml to sch to ask the rest of the class.

some of the class mates said that is does not belong to anyone from our class because it looks too white n new but i check it, it has blue n red spots on it (could be one of the reagent we use in a practical a week before) so i am sure that that person has been having practical at the micro lab.

today is labour day a public holiday in Singapore
so i do not need to go to sch and is enjoying a long weekend break(only 3 days)
wat i did this morning is watch the drama i borrowed from joni
my mum had already finish watching it but i am currently at ep 12 have 18 more eps to go!!

recently the swine flu have affected a couple of western countries n the WHO alert has rise up to 5. level 6 is the maximum if that occurs it means WHO recommend minimum human interaction.

just checked my sch email n read that from nxt tue we have to check our temperature but no much details is given so i now have to dig around the house for thermometer.

yesterday already start teaching le now i very blur got alot of lecturers teaching us the same module than i don't when to bring wat notes.

ppl say that the pets (usually dogs) will look like their owners
although i do not have pet dog but my phone is kind of like me.
tired from sch...
only started yeaterday my phone every 2 mins or so will auto shut down n on itself a few second later. hehe. really like me during class. haha. at least i better, i not 2mins shut down once i like abt half an hour or so la haha.

i just wrote down all the contacts in my phone with the phone having the 2 mins auto shut down. haha. going to use my mum's phone first so going to bring hard copy of the contacts. hope to get a new phone soon really really soon!!! i need it ugently!!!!! ah!!!!!!

I received an sms from my class tutor saying that the class gathering have to be within March because she can only claim by 24th March. so any class gathering in April we have to pay fully by ourselves.

That means that we can't claim at all because she needs everyone to sign to make the claim along wiht the receipt. the receipt i can come out with it but the signatures super hard.

so now asking around for their views but i already sms too much this month so i think i have to make phone calls instead.

i took some photos yeaterday but couldn't upload it so found some pic on the net and i can confirm the pic is true because i was in there sometime yesterday.
but i think when i was there it is more packed than that. trying hard to upload the photo to computer.

even though is holiday i am rather busy.
busy with work, busy at home, busy with the class gathering.

work: i work less this time n got rather alot of off days but every off day also going out haha. only those last minute off days than nv go out.

home:my mum fell down last, last wed so accompany her to doctors e.t.c
also borrowed some Hong Kong dramas from Joni to help her kill time.
but she watch until 2am in the morining. haha. later bro n me have to help her find dramas again haha.

class gathering: finally booked the chalet n discuss abt the purchasing of food with a group friends(u know who u are)
i went to carrefore n didn't c much marinated food. should we go giant instead? or is there any fairprice that sells marinated food?

i am more worried whether we booked the chalet with the right person name.
If we want the union member price should we book using the person than has the union member or just anyone that is 18 n above??????

even though is holiday but i still have to stress abt class gathering. i don't mind organising but is the class that does not reply me (not everyone,alot very on time)

i sms say that those who cannot and can or not sure whether can make it on 4th april for class gathering sms me back by yesterday. luckily i haven't book the chalet. i received a sms from 1 fellow today saying he cannot make it.cannot make it nvm,but is the time he send me the msg TODAY when i say is latest yesterday(i checked the details,he send me on 3th march 0837, which is a day late).i don't know wat is his reason for sending me today and not yesterday but at least he let me know n don't mind that we leave him out for this class gathering.

now have to plan again,applied for leave le than now maybe need to change the date again!! y can't everyone just reply by the deadline i set for those who nv reply i don't care abt u ppl le can go cannot go not my problem. just sms me saying that have to get back to me a day late at least i know u read my sms or email at least i will not be so frusrated(don't know how to spell la) and don't feel like eating breakfast even though i can hear my stomach roaring!!

just one sms also don't 1 to send i have to sms to 23 ppl only the 3rd day of the
month and my sms hit 100. normal days i don't even hit 100 at the second week of the month now...

STRESS!!STRESS!! class rep back at home in malaysia cannot send sms have to email him.he also nv mention that he will be in malaysia and cannot received sms i have to ask around than know.

i seriously don't mind having to plan over and over again. WAT I REALLY MIND IS THAT REPLYING ME BACK AFTER THE DEADLINE WHEN I HAVE EVERYTHING NEARLY PREPARED AND CONFIRMED!!

the whole bbq i am deciding the date and venue the food i also have to think whether to order from caterer or self prepare when i decide caterer or self prepare than can ask for help, many offer to help but the stupid date haven't even confirm how can i think abt food.GO THERE EAT AND DRINK WIND LA!!

after serious thinking and opinion from the others, i decided to buy the food to bring there not confirm but is the better choice i have in mind now.
